Important Note

Due to an unfortunate bike accident, our keynote speaker Luc Pluys can not give the keynote speech. We haven't been able to replace Luc in such a short timeframe, so our event schedule has been updated:

• 15:30 arrival, coffee bar
• 16:00 Business Process Analysis and BABOK^®
• 17:00 panel discussion
• 18:30 closure + networking cocktail

    
The entire board wishes Luc Pluys all the best and a good recovery, and we hope to welcome him as a keynote speaker on one of our future events.
